个人简介

第十四届全国人大代表,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家,甘薯产业技术体系首席科学家。主要从事农作物优异基因挖掘、甘薯育种技术研发及新品种选育与示范推广工作。江苏徐淮地区徐州农业科学研究所(徐州市农业科学院、中国农业科学院甘薯研究所)院(所)长,兼任农业农村部甘薯生物学与遗传育种重点实验室主任、国家重点研发计划项目双子叶杂粮高效育种技术与品种创制首席专家、国家甘薯育种联合攻关首席专家、中国农业科学院第八届学术委员会委员、中日韩三国甘薯研究会指导委员会副主席、第六届中国作物学会甘薯专业委员会副会长、徐州市农学会理事长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴,江苏省有突出贡献中青年专家。
